REMINDER: Wait for Financial Aid to email you BEFORE coming to pick up your loan.

Students are reminded that they should not report to the Loan office until they have received an email from Financial Aid informing that their loan is ready for pick-up.

Once you've received your email from Financial Assistance confirming that your OSAP loan is available for pick-up, please bring:

• your social insurance card


• a government-issued photo ID


• and your Mohawk student ID

The hours and locations for OSAP distribution at other campuses is as follows:

Fennell Campus – C102 The Square

• 9:30 to 4 p.m. for Fennell and STARRT students

Brantford Elgin Campus – Room A102

• 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Elgin & Laurier students 

IAHS McMaster Campus – Room 121

• 9:30 to 4 p.m. for IAHS students

The G08 location for loan pick up is now closed.

Financial Assistance advising will continue to be offered at The Square, C102, Fennell Campus for all students on an appointment and drop-in basis.
