The camp is offered free of charge as a thank you to Hamilton community builders. Campers will work with local PR practitioners to polish, practice and then pitch story ideas to a panel of editors and reporters. Campers will also get crash courses on how to give on-camera interviews, spread the word using social media and write op-eds and letters to the editor.
