Having trouble accessing your courses on eLearn?

If you've registered AND you can't get into eLearn using your Mocomotion account AND you can't see your courses in eLearn, download and complete the form below and email it to helpdesk@eLearn.mohawkcollege.ca. or bring it to A227. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

If you are registered AND you can get into Mocomotion BUT cannot get into eLearn, contact helpdesk@eLearn.mohawkcollege.ca by email. We will forward you to the proper place for help.

Students – if you do not see your courses in eLearn, it is because there is a 48-hour delay between your registration in your courses and program, and your account registration on eLearn. This includes both in-class and online courses. We apologize for this. If you experience a delay longer than 48 hours, please contact the help desk at mailto://helpdesk@eLearn.mohawkcollege.ca
