It was a packed house for this morning's President's Welcome at the David Braley Athletic and Recreation Centre. Mohawk welcomes a record number of new and returning students for the 2015/2016 Academic Year.

The Square will offer extended service hours from Wednesday, Jan 2 to Friday, Jan 18, 2013. See below for more details:

Welcome and Student Services Counter
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Advising Services:
Includes: Admissions Advising, Discover Mohawk, Financial Assistance Advising, New Canadian and International Advising
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Support Services
Includes: Accessible Learning Services, and Counselling
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

New student orientation today at Mohawk College, classes start tomorrow

Today is orientation for all new students to Mohawk College. Along with meeting faculty and learning more about their programs and campus life, students are invited to an afternoon Festival @ Fennell. The festival includes free ferris wheel rides, cotton candy, popcorn and snocones, carnival games and a shot at winning iPads. A free shuttle service is running between campuses.

Tomorrow (Sept. 8) marks the start of classes for all students. This year, Mohawk will train 11,500 full-time and 4,000 apprenticeship students. The festival continues tomorrow as part of orientation for all students.
