10 medals for Mohawk College students at provincial skilled trades competition

Ten Mohawk College students won gold, silver and bronze at the 25th annual Ontario Technological Skills Competition this week in Waterloo. The largest skills competition in Canada featured nearly 2,000 elementary, secondary and postsecondary students competing in over 60 skilled trade contests.

Tom Martin won gold in the sheet metal work category and will compete in the Canadian National Competition June 4-7 in Mississauga. Tom won silver at last year's provincial competition.
