Celebrating Convocation 2024 in Mississauga

The final Spring convocation ceremonies of 2024 were celebrated on July 11 at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga for the graduating class at the Mohawk College Mississauga Campus, in partnership with triOS College.

In the afternoon, graduates from Business, Computer Science Technician—Network Systems, Computer Science Technician—Software Support, International Business Management—Project Management, and Supply Chain Management were honoured. Then, in the evening, Global Business Management and Office Administration—Health Services graduates received their credentials. 662 international students from those programs crossed the convocation stage that day.

International student awards were presented to Rajal Kuchhadiya (International Bursary), and Amandeep Kaur Sidhu (guard.me Post-Secondary Scholarship), and Poojan Nayyar was awarded the Academic Excellence Award Mississauga Campus.

Also of significance, the July 11 ceremonies marked the first convocation ceremonies presided over by Paul Armstrong, Mohawk College’s new President, who officially started on July 1.
