Congratulations Executive Chef and CE instructor Robert Roberge

Executive Chef Robert Roberge, C.C.C. (Certfied Chef of Cuisine) has been named Chef of the Year by the Escoffier Society of Toronto. Robert teaches Mohawk's Gourmet Dining Continuing Education course.The Escoffier Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of professional chefs and cooks.
