Nicole is an instructor in Mohawk's Welding program. She has more than 20 years in the welding industry, including nearly 15 years as a Territory Manager for a welding distributor. A true lifelong learner, Nicole makes time to mentor young people who are considering a career in the skilled trades. Recently she launched the Nicole LeClair Welding Bursary Award, which is aimed at encouraging students in Ontario to pursue welding at the postsecondary level.
