Exploring the latest ideas in healthcare innovation
Mohawk hosted its 7th annual Apps for Health event at the Fennell Campus on Thursday, April 27, 2017. More than 400 people attended the event, which is one of Ontario’s premier information-sharing, networking and recruiting events for the digital health industries. The interactive, one-day event provides a valuable opportunity for professionals from healthcare, technology, education to come together to discuss current and emerging trends in health, technology, medical education, and entrepreneurship.
The highlight of this year's event was the keynote presentations by Canada's Minister of Health Jane Philpott and Nathalie Le Prohon, VP with IBM Canada.
Apps for Health is hosted by Mohawk College’s Technology Access Centre in Digital Health at MEDIC and is supported by NSERC.
