In the news: Future environmental leaders at Living the Environment conference at STARRT Institute (video)

The Hamilton Spectator has this video of the 6th annual Living the Environment conference presented by Youth Advisory Council of the Hamilton Community Foundation and hosted at Mohawk's skilled trades campus in Stoney Creek. Hundreds of students from all Hamilton secondary schools took part in a series of workshops, keynote speeches and a showcase of school environmental projects and initiatives. Students also applied for Hamilton Community Foundation grants to support projects in 2010-2011. Over the past six years, the HCF has invested nearly $83,000 in 127 environmental projects at local secondary schools.
