Elder Bertha Skye to be inducted into Hamilton's Gallery of Distinction
The Hamilton Spectator has this story about the six Hamiltonians who are joining Hamilton's Gallery of Distinction in 2019. Among them is Elder Bertha Skye. Bertha has served as an Elder in Residence at Mohawk College where she provided learning in an Indigenous and holistic way by sharing stories, teachings, traditional crafts and cooking lessons.
