Longtime head of Ontario's nurses talks about the challenges ahead as she retires
The Hamilton Spectator has this story on Ontario Nursing Association President and Mohawk Alumni of Distinction Recipient Linda Haslam-Stroud. After 14 years as head of the Ontario Nursing Association, Linda retired on December 31. Mohawk made Linda an Alumni of Distinction in 2017. She will officially receive the honour at Mohawk's annual Alumni of Distinction dinner this evening. Linda was also inducted as a Distinguished Fellow of Mohawk at the college's June 2017 convocation ceremonies.
