In the news: Mohawk lab praised as hot spot of 3D revolution

The Hamilton Spectator has this story about Mohawk College's Additive Manufacturing Resource Centre. Mohawk hosted a Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters forum on additive manufacturing (industrial 3D printing), which featured a keynote by the Hon. Gary Goodyear, Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario. Mohawk's Additive Manufacturing Centre is the first of its kind in Ontario and one of only three in Canada. Faculty and students are working with more than 50 industry partners to turn computer images into prototypes and metal parts.
