In the news: Mohawk President performs at MoStock (video)

Build the Dream youth Mohawk College has brought together education, community and business partners in Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington and Oakville to launch an access project.

The access project aims to enhance prosperity, health and social wellbeing in our communities by increasing postsecondary participation rates.  A key focus of the project is helping all young people to see college, university and apprenticeships in their future.

Identifying ways of connecting with youth and inspiring hope by building the dream of postsecondary education will be the topic of a community-wide conversation happening Saturday, Oct. 2 at Parkview Secondary in Hamilton from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Students and alumni, staff and retirees and friends of Mohawk College are invited to join the Build the Dream: Learning Beyond High School Unconference. The format of the event gives everyone the opportunity to share their ideas, insights and personal experiences.

To register, email to buildthedream@mohawkcollege.ca or call 905.575.2491 and leave your name and contact number.
