In the news: Mohawk's health infomatics applied research project

The Brantford Expositor has this storyabout Mohawk's consultations with students at the Elgin Street and Odeon Campuses. The consultations are part of the review of Mohawk Brantford. After plans to relocate from an isolated industrial park to the heart of downtown Brantford did not receive funding from any level of government, Mohawk has initiated a review of long-term, sustainable options on how best to teach and serve students.

Student consultations included common hour open houses, focus groups and an online survey. Results from the consultations will be shared with the College's Board of Governors who will make the final decision on Mohawk Brantford.

In response to a recurring question raised at the student consultations, it's business as usual at Mohawk Brantford and nothing will change overnight. Students who begin their year at Mohawk Brantford this September will finish their year at Mohawk Brantford next April.

During the consultations, students gave high marks to the staff who work at Mohawk's Elgin Street and Odeon Campuses.
