In the news: Tunnelling beneath Avenue Road never a bore (alumni)

The Toronto Star has this story on 1992 Civil Engineering Mohawk graduate Mark Maksimovich who's part of the team building a $60 million Avenue Road watermain in Toronto. Crews are laying 5.4 kilometres of pipe in one of Toronto Water's largest and most complex projects. Mark, an expert in hand tunnelling, works 3 storeys below ground in a tunnel the height of a Mini Cooper.
