Music Career Day 2018

Mohawk College, in partnership with the City of Hamilton and Hamilton City of Music, hosted the first Music Career Day Hamilton on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at the Fennell campus. The day-long event was an opportunity for aspiring musicians and entrepreneurs to explore what it takes to make it in the music industry. More than 550 students signed up for the event. The keynote speaker was Hamilton's own Tim Potocic, President of Sonic Unyon Records and there were live performances by Basement Revolver,  DJ Donna Lovejoy and Mohawk's own West Fifth Trio.
