Media release: BMO Financial Group donates $300,000 to Mohawk College's Fennell Campus renewal project

HAMILTON (May 23, 2013) BMO Financial Group today announced a $300,000 donation to support Mohawk College’s Fennell Campus renewal project.


In recognition of the donation, Mohawk unveiled the BMO Financial Group Advisement Centre in The Square. Opened in July 2011 as part of the largest campus renewal project in Mohawk’s history, The Square offers services and supports to help students graduate to success.

“BMO strongly believes in continuous learning and providing students the resources they need for their professional development and growth,” said Richard Jaques, District Vice-President, South Central Ontario, BMO Bank of Montreal. “Today’s donation will help Mohawk College achieve these goals and support students in their quest for academic excellence.”
