Media release: Mohawk College Move Out Week (Hamilton Police Service)

The month of April not only brings warmer weather with it, but also the end of the Mohawk College school year. During this period The Hamilton Police Service will be teaming up with City By-law, Mohawk College, Councilor Whitehead, and The Mohawk College Neighbourhood Association to ensure a smooth move out process.

Through a combined strategic approach Police and By-Law will be out in full force for the last two weeks of the month with extra patrols and proactive visits taking a zero tolerance approach to noise and liquor infractions.

It is our goal to make the closure of this school year a smooth, safe and peaceful transition for both students and area residents.

Any questions or concerns can be directed to the Mountain Crime Manager’s office (905) 546-2447.
