Mohawk Child and Youth Worker students take back the night and take home the trophy

For the second consecutive year, students from Mohawk's Child and Youth Worker program took part in Take Back the Night in downtown Hamilton and took home the trophy for having the most women and children from an institution, business or agency participating in the event. Take Back the Night is an annual event organized locally by the Sexual Assault Centre Hamilton and Area. Students, faculty and staff from the Child and Youth Worker program are now preparing for the Nov. 7 free community event at Moahwk's McIntyre Performing Arts Centre with Judy Shephard.
