Mohawk prof receives Excellence award from Curriculum Developers Affinity Group
Congratulations to Mohawk College professor Valerie Parke.
Valerie has received the first-ever Award of Excellence from the Curriculum Developers Affinity Group. The award recognizes Valerie's work on Mohawk's Academic Plan. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the Plan. In projects ranging from e-portfolios to pathways to institutional learning outcomes, Valerie has engaged hundreds of her colleagues in making Mohawk a better place for students to learn.
CDAG is made up of representatives from Ontario's Community Colleges. The group focuses on contributing to quality curriculum and providing leadership in curriculum expertise. The announcement of this award can be found on the CDAG website.
