Mohawk students invited to Stand up for Solar in Ontario event at McMaster

McMaster University's Photovoltaic Innovation Network is sponsoring a "Stand up for Solar in Ontario" event on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at McMaster University, and all Mohawk College students are invited to attend. The event gets underway at 4:45 p.m. in the ArthurBourns Building (ABB 136), located behing the John Hodgins Engineering Building on McMaster's main campus.

Anyone interested in solar energy will want to participate. There will be discussions on Ontario's solar success story, the positive benefits of green energy and feed-in tarrifs on job creation, investment and manufacturing, and what these benefits mean to you. You'll also learn how you can get more involved in Ontario's booming solar energy industry.
