Saturday, May 1: Mohawk's new 2-year Aviation Technician diploma program takes flight during the 18th annual Canadian Aviation Expo at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum (noon in the west hangar).


Saturday, May 1: Mayday for Mental Health concert from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Harmony Square, Brantford organized by Mohawk student Karyn Graham.


Monday, May 3: iPhone Applications at Mohawk brainstorming session from 2 p.m. to 3::30 p.m. in room i204.


Monday, May 3: The Hamilton Revolution and launch of the Proud Hamilton Campaign. Free community event at Hamilton Place (6:30 p.m.) with a keynote speech by the executive director of WorldChanging.


Tuesday, May 4: More than 1,000 high school students will attend the 12th annual student seminar "The Holocaust: Confronting the Past for the Sake of the Future" presented by the Hamilton Jewish Federation Holocaust Education Committee in the McIntyre Theatre.


Tuesday, May 4 - Wednesday, May 5: Connections 2010, Mohawk's annual conference on e-Learning tools, systems and practices presented by the College's Centre for Teaching and Learning.


Thursday, May 6 - Saturday, May 8: 37th annual Ontario Association of Library Technicians Conference at the Fennell Campus.
