New student raises awareness, funds to live, study with cerebral palsy

Incoming Mohawk student Maddy Workman caught media attention in her hometown of Guelph when she held a fundraising event to help purchase a device that will make her independent tasks possible while studying and living away from home for college. The Guelph Mercury coverage raised awareness and promoted her cause.
