Save a trip to the grocery store, get fresh produce delivered right to the Fennell Campus

Good Food Box colour logosSave a trip to the grocery store or farmers market by getting your fresh local produce delivered right to the Fennell Campus.

Environment Hamilton and Mohawk’s Sustainability Office will be partnering to launch the Good Food Box program here at Mohawk. Each month, staff and students can order a Good Food Box which will be delivered right here to campus. The $15 box will contain 10 items (approx. 20lbs) of in-season produce that won’t break the bank!

How the Program Works:

  • Order your $15 box at the Fennell Campus Store between Wednesday, Oct. 9 and Wednesday, Oct. 16 (sales end at 3 p.m). Save your receipt! Cash and debit only please.

  • Pick-up your order on Wednesday, Oct. 23 between 2- 4 p.m. or on Thursday, Oct. 24 between 9 - 11 a.m. in the Sustainability Office (room A019) with your receipt.

This pilot program will operate from October 2013 to April 2014. You can choose to order a Good Food Box every month or just try it once! There is no commitment!

This new service helps to support local farming and local food systems, while providing an easy convenient option for you to purchase fresh and local produce.
