Service disruption on Mohawk College campuses - July 8, 2022

There is a widespread Internet disruption of the Rogers telecommunications network, impacting wireless, cable and internet services at Mohawk College.

As a result, Mohawk College students and employees will experience disruptions to a number of services, including: email, file sharing, VPN functions, MyMohawk, MyCanvas, Banner, FASTsuite and Mohawk College apps

At Mohawk College campuses, students will not have access to the following services: Internet, email, Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive), MyCanvas.

NOTE: All safety systems are operating normally. Employee email, MyMohawk, Banner, file server, and FASTsuite are available for people at Mohawk College campuses.

This outage is also causing a disruption to some digital payment systems at Mohawk College campuses.
