A first-of-its-kind workshop hosted for Steeltown businesses aimed to “start the conversation” around equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) strategies in smaller organizations.

The event, hosted by Workforce Planning Hamilton in collaboration with Mohawk College, brought together small- to medium-sized enterprises from across the city Tuesday.
