RE: UPDATE ON MOHAWK COLLEGE PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH

The Board of Governors met yesterday to begin the process of selecting Mohawk’s next
President.

A search committee has been formed to oversee the selection process. The committee will be
led by Chair Nancy Fram, Vice Chair Doug Harrison and Board members John Marinucci, Rob
Parker and Trent Jarvis.

The committee has been authorized by the Board to retain the services of an executive search
firm. The firm will be selected through a formal request for proposal process.

In choosing our next President, the Mohawk Board of Governors is committed to broad and
inclusive consultations with both internal and external college stakeholders.

We look forward to engaging you and will keep you updated throughout the selection process.
