Wednesday last day to opt out of HSR bus pass for eligible students: MSA
The Opt Out Deadline for the HSR Bus Pass is Wednesday, Sept. 21. Please note that this is a mandatory fee for all full-time students and the only way to opt out of this fee is if you meet one of the following criteria:
- If you are on a College approved work term or placement (minimum duration of one semester – four months with no days on campus), at a location more than 50 kms outside the HSR service area. (Students must attach proof of employment in the form of a letter on company letterhead outlining your name and the term of your employment)
- If you are a student with a documented disability who uses the DARTS system, or are given a bus pass through the CNIB (Students must attach proof in the form of a photocopy of the DARTS pass, or a letter from the CNIB confirming your name and your receipt of a bus pass, including valid dates of the pass).
Students who meet one of these criteria may visit their campus MSA office to fill out the opt out form.
