The Hamilton Spectator has this story about Mohawk's Strategic Mandate Submission to the Ontario government. Mohawk is seeking designation as Ontario's first institute of health and technology. The Mohawk Institute for Health and Technology would deliver health, technology and apprenticeship training throughout the western Greater Golden Horseshoe (Peel, Halton, Hamilton, Brant and Niagara regions). The province is asking big questions about postsecondary education and Mohawk has offered bold ideas in its submission.
