Cheryl Jensen Scholarship for Women in Technology established to honour departing Vice President

The Cheryl Jensen Scholarship for Women in Technology has been established by the Mohawk College Foundation to celebrate Cheryl's 31 years of service to Mohawk College. Cheryl, who has served as a Professor, Dean and Vice President, is leaving Mohawk Aug. 22 to become President of Algonquin College. Cheryl began her career at Mohawk teaching in the School of Engineering Technology and was the first woman to lead the School as Dean. A farewell celebration for Cheryl's college and community friends and colleagues will be held Aug. 19 in the Arnie at the Fennell Campus starting at 4:30 p.m.
