Coming to campus? You must provide proof of vaccination.

Beginning September 7, 2021, all students and employees who are coming to a Mohawk College campus will be required to confirm that they have had two doses of a Health Canada or World Health Organization approved vaccine before entering a Mohawk facility.

Your proof of vaccination (and requests for exemption) MUST be submitted before you come to campus. You will not be able to do this in person when you arrive. If you do not submit your proof of vaccination ahead of time you will be denied access to campus.

Please allow a minimum of 3 days (incl. the Labour Day weekend) for your proof of vaccination to be approved.

To provide proof of vaccination:

  1. Obtain your vaccination receipts from Ontario’s Vaccine Booking Portal, or scan or photograph the receipt(s) provided at the time of vaccination.
  1. Download the Mohawk Safety App.
  1. Upload your Covid-19 vaccination receipts through the app. You only need to do this once. Please note: proof of vaccination and/or exemption requests will not be processed as you arrive to enter the campus.

Have you submitted your information but have not received approval?

Please be patient. Each submission must be reviewed and approved on an individual basis. Our team is working as quickly as possible but it may take a few days to process your submission.

Can’t access the Mohawk Safety App?

If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination using the Mohawk Safety App, you can provide proof of vaccination using the same instructions as above through the secure internet portal.
