In the news: VitalHub harnesses team at Mohawk for Android app

The Hamilton Spectator has this story about an iDeaWORKS team at Mohawk College that has built an app for VitalHub, a Toronto-based ehealth start-up. “They did a really great job,” Ginacarlo De Lio, one of VitalHub's founders, said about the team of students. “This is very cool technology. VitalHub is not a storage system, it just sits on top of all the various systems in a hospital and provides a way for them to share data. It’s a very challenging app to build.” iDeaWORKS offers local businesses and not-for-profit organizations the opportunity to work with teams of Mohawk faculty and students to find innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
